3rd Event / Spring Tulips '04 Car Rally

Time: 12:00PM - 4:00PM EDT (GMT-04:00)

Starting in ending at the Union Hill Country Store on Ridge Rd
at the Monroe/Wayne county line.

Registration opens at 12:30, first car off at 1:30, back about
4:30

This is a tour over mostly paved roads, three short sections of
unpaved, through west central Wayne county. Route instructions
will be your choice of: A route map, Tulip instructions, "Map
Program" instructions, Word or String Map.

Scores will be handicapped based on instructions and equipment
used.
