2003 WINTER SERIES CAR RALLIES

SANCTIONED BY FINGER LAKES REGION, SPORTS CAR CLUB OF AMERICA ,
ROCHESTER
NY

A car rally is contested by a 2 person team within the legal
speed limit,
in ordinary cars, on regular roads. The challenge is to drive on
time -
not early or late [it's not a race]. This series are "Winter"
events,
which adds the factors of snow and ice to the road conditions.
The events
use secondary and "dirt" type roads. Competition classes for
Novice and
experienced competitors.
No Experience Required Free Novice school at each event.

FREE Rally Class at each event
pre-registration for school appreciated
Registration 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Drivers Meeting 5:15 PM
Novice Class 4:30 PM
First Car Start 5:31 PM
MAXIMUM 35 cars per event
