Subject: [Fiends] Elections 2009 and other "things" that should be known





Dear Fiends and Friends,

Since my voice is being audited, blocked and the truth is being blocked along
with it, I have to write this here.

Your current Board of Directors is full of shit and hiding truths from you. All
they want to do is cover up bullshit that has happened and then deny it.
Elections, smith house, do you get the full story? haha, yea right, sure you do.

Topher insists that he can interpret the consitution to his will or his want. Oh
really? Why can topher do that and not hear a word, I do it in 2007 to create
"email ballots" and I am the worse person ever.

If you read post #3651 from the friends site, you will see topher stating that
"NO ONE, not even the board" has the ability to interpret the constitution.

And I quote, " However, if a position is opposed, the constitution specifically
stipulates that ballots are to be mailed. That is NOT up to the discretion of
anyone on the board or in the club. Opposed positions get voted on via mail,
whether or not someone feels it is a waste of resources and money".

Hmmm, suddenly Topher has supreme dictatorship above the constitution? I was the
one that stated snail mail was wasting time and money, yet here topher clearly
states, it is not up to the discretion of the board, yet this year, his
intrepretation is being accepted. Fine, the board voted on it. YET in 2007, the
board also fully approved my process and my "interpretation". Yet, look at all
the drama and bullshit that ensued.

So I ask you fiends and friends, why is this the case?

Why is it ok in 2009 and not in 2007?

Why was I be-rated, thrown under the bus and hunted down?

I find it utterly amusing that my posts have to be edited and even deleted to
make this club look pretty. The truth hurts, truth is scary, and the truth shall
set me free......

Find the truth my friends and fiends, its out there......

PS. I got the truth right here about a lot of things....ask me, few others
served on the board as long as I did.
