Chris Pooles rant is the most ridiculous thing I've read on this board in a
long time. His tenure as "web master" was marred by extreme mediocrity and
procrastination. Now he finds himself on the outside and wants to bitch
about a lack of progress? Hilarious. Dana built the site, Poole added a
couple, trivial at best horribly cluttered updates at worst, changes. The
discussions I've heard about the future of the site concern some pretty
heavy hitting feautres like a back end databases for tracking stats. This
kind of work was always way out of his league.
Chris, look in the fucking mirror if you want to now why the site is so
conviluded these days. What you passed on to the current board is a
disgrace. Your tenure on the board was a continuous flow of "I'll try to
get to it by next meeting" updates [very similar to my monthly updates
btw]. Try to remember your own extremely pathetic contributions as a
volunteer is this role when you blast the current volunteers.
