To make sure I can have as many people informed about what is going
on, I am going to post updates every sunday up until the nomination
period is over about who is nominated for what position and their
2nd, if any. I will take any nominations via email
(pd4ever2000@yahoo), please put FSW ELECTIONS in the subject line. I
will also take nominations at the course BUT you must then write them
down and hand them to me, no acceptions.
Final nominations and candidates will be accepted on November 5th. On
Tuesday November 6th, I will post what people have been nominated
for, and I will need a prompt response for what position they want to
run for. Official Ballots will then be made, and distributed.
Distribution of ballots - If you are on the membership list, then you
should have filled out your information with name, address, email,
etc. If you do not have an email listed, you will be snail mailed, if
you do have an email, you will recieve a ballot that way. I will also
try and have ballots out at the course, which can be filled out and
handed to me. I will cross reference names on the list and make sure
people only vote once. I am currently in the processing of merging
the two lists.....If you are found to be cheating, you will be
promptly dismissed from the FSW membership upon me getting 20
signatures to haul your butt out (Article 10 of FSW Constitution).
So dont make me turn this car around.
