Wouldn't the nominee have to give some form of consent? Earlier, (on
fRiends) I nominated Topher, but no one seconded and I did so
without Topher's consent. Apparently, I was out of order. ("You're
ALL out of order! This whole COURT is out of ORDER!") Good thing. If
someone had taken me seriousy and seconded my nomination, and Topher
was elected without his consent, what then???
