Skins Update- TD just a big weinie. (A kosher weinie- but a weinie none the
less!)

Though strong irrefutable proof has just surfaced that Magic Steve is a well
known international terrorist that nobody should piss off, (See
photojournalistic proof provided from Al Jezheera network) his threats to DQ
the slow skins players (or worse) have apparantly been unmasked to be
nothing more than a veiled hoax.

"I just can't bring myslef to DQ any of my friends" the former freedom
fighter was recently quoted as saying. "It's a friggin fund raiser- if Allah
wishes the damn thing to finish by next October- so be it. Allah be praised.
While it would be nice for those who have not yet paid their entrance fee to
do so, (hint, hint, wink-wink) I can't see the harm in letting the
tournament run its natural course" he said taking a break from afternoon
prayers.

The funny thing is just how many people come up to me after the sheet is all
filled-up wishing to take part in the tourney- now entering it's 5th
unbelievably unorganized jubilee year. To rectify the problem- next year
promises top be different. The tourney is open only to those who have gotten
a gold tag in the year of the Tourney. Thus, in 2005, as soon as you get a
gold tag and you give Magic your ten dollar entrance fee- you are locked in.
As soon as Magic collects from the first 32 players the ($320) pot the
tourny can commence.

Maybe this way, if we start before October- we can finish before years end.
Or not.

Good luck to those of you who are still in the tourney. Sorry to see Pete,
George & the Wharthog gone so early (HA!) and can't wait to see if the Goat
holds on to beat Judwah to see who wins the Women's crown!
