I have some players that I haven't assigned to teams yet...but I
usually like to wait a couple days to let players come up with their
own players first...people they may be more comfortable playing
with...

I am totally confident I will be able to fill up the teams I have
assigned start times to...so count on playing. After you have met
your team it might help to exchange info. I like to include members
of newly formed teams on group e-mails so players at least have some
contact info in case someone has to miss a match and may need a
sub...
