I hope this e-mail finds you and your loved ones well and
enjoying the Season. I have finally confirmed plans for the 2009 USA
VOLLEYBALL OFFICIAL'S CLINIC for the Northeastern part of the Hoosier
Region. You are all invited to attend:

Fort Wayne Neurological Center (WEST)

Lutheran Hospital Complex

7956 West Jefferson Blvd.



Sunday, January 11, 2008, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM



Cost of the CLINIC: $30.00 (cash or check at the door)



Go to the Lutheran Hospital Complex, then park in the North Parking
Garage (free parking). Once inside the building, take the elevator to
the third floor conference room.



You will have to register membership to the Hoosier Region of USA
Volleyball in order to obtain your license (an additional $40.00).
All registration should be done on line. I have attached instructions
for doing this. This can also be done by going to our web site
www.hoosiervolleyball.org. There are also at least 4 documents you
need to download and bring with you to the clinic.

I would also encourage you to take the test on line; Jr. National
officials and National officials MUST take the closed book "A" test,
while others MAY take the "C" test open book; go to our web site,
then to officiating then to on-line referee test. The password for our
Region is HOK954.

Please pass this information along to anyone you know that might be
interested in officiating USA Volleyball. This information will also
be on the web site.

I would appreciate your confirmation of attendance so I can get a
rough head count.
