Team league fees have been lowered by $5 for team entry if paid by the
early entry deadline. I would suggest that the $5 off, if a team is
dividing fees evenly among members, go to the captain since he or she
is the one doing the organizing…

What used to be the early entry team fee is now the "first day of
play" entry fee. All team entry fees payments must be paid in a lump
sum.

All payments paid by individual team members are now $50 per player
