Teams that aren't paid up by this Thursday in full get 4 losses added
to their record starting immediately, and after every week they play.
Results of matches still count.

Feb 22nd: Teams that aren't fully paid up by this date will start
in the Losers' Bracket of the season ending Double Elimination League
Tourney.
