Lt. Olson of the FWCC contacted me about rowing in Florida. He is the contact at the state level, in Tallahassee, that can field questions or concerns about boating safety or on-the-water protocol. He may be attending some of our events in the future as part of an outreach effort to rowers, paddlers, and other boaters.
