Attached you will find the race packet for the Southern Sprints Indoor
Rowing Championships to be held in Melbourne, FL on February 8th, 2009.

Note that there are changes to this year's race (some of which may effect
your program, some may not):
- 2K ltwt events pushed later in the schedule to allow more time to
get to Melbourne for weigh in on race day
- addition of adaptive events (500m dash)
- addition of HS LtWt relay events
- addition of graduated fees schedule (pre-reg, late, race day)
- late fee was added to manage the amount of new entries we
see after the deadline but before race day

The web site is getting prepped and will go live soon, but I know most
programs are off until mid January. I realize the initial deadline of
January 24th may be aggressive for some, but I ask that you do your best to
meet this date. If there are coaching turnovers at your program, please
forward this information to the new staff.
