Reply | Forward Message #1958 of 2169 |

Boone High School Crew and the South Orlando Rowing Association is seeking candidates for available coaching positions for our Spring 2009 season.

Boone Crew has a 22 year history of success in creating fast crews and successful student athletes.  We have men’s and women’s varsity and novice programs that train at our boathouse on Turkey Lake in Orlando, FL.

The position requires candidates to work with high school students in developing proper rowing technique and developing physical fitness in a safe well structured manner while on land and on the water.

Successful candidates should have at least 4 years of competitive experience or 1 year of successful coaching experience. Boat maintenance, repair, and rigging skills are a big plus.  Very competitive salary is commensurate with experience.  Candidates must be able to pass all Orange County Public Schools background and drug testing standards.

Send cover letter, resume, and references to S.O.R.A. president Charles Bruno. CBruno@...
