Coaches,

Hillsborough High is looking into the possibility of hosting a new head
race. We have a great venue on the Hillsborough river in Tampa that in
many ways is similar to the Charles-- big turns, narrow passages and
burgeoning local support for rowing.

We are trying to get a feel for what we could expect for attendance if
we hosted our race on October 18th. An alternative date could be
November 15th, after the Hooch and potentially a great cap to the head
race season.

If anyone can offer some feedback regarding these ideas, please do so
as soon as possible so we can begin planning.
