Please bring copies of the attached files for your use at the meeting this Saturday, August 25, 2007. These include the following:

-2008 spring regatta schedule
-2007 fall regatta schedule
-2006 meeting minutes
If you are giving your team's proxy to another representative, please let me know by 3 pm tomorrow (Friday). Remember your membership must be current to vote. A check lost in the mail does not make your membership current.
$150 team membership fee are due at the meeting registration. Make checks payable to FSRA.
The meeting room is in the main club house. We will have a light lunch and drinks (water, beer, etc) for everyone. Also all are invited to attend a post-meeting party for food & drinks at Kirsten Anderson's house (10 minutes from the meeting site)... details sent in previous email...

a.. Going West on I-4 (from downtown Orlando) -
to the Conroy Road Exit #78. Turn right onto Conroy Road West and follow into the town of Windermere. Turn left on Main Street and proceed to the next stop sign, which is Chase Road. Follow Chase Road straight ahead to the entrance of the Golden Bear Club at Keene's Pointe.
a.. Going East on I-4 (from Tampa) -
to the Lake Buena Vista Exit #68, turn left, follow to the third traffic light (Seven Eleven & Texaco on the left) turn left onto CR 535 North. Go 7 miles to the traffic light at Chase Road. Turn right onto Chase Road and follow 1/2 mile to the entrance to the Golden Bear Club at Keene's Pointe on the right.

to I-4 West - follow I-4 to the Kirkman Road Exit #75A. Follow Kirkman Road North to Conroy Road. Turn left onto Conroy Road and follow into the town of Windermere. Turn left at the stop sign, which is Main Street, proceed to the next stop sign. Turn right onto Chase Road. follow Chase Road straight ahead to the entrance of the Golden Bear Club at Keene's Pointe.
