Bancheri Kicks Off Fall Season with Free Teleclass for Rowing Coaches
Tuesday,
August 28th, 2007 @ 8:00pm(EST) - Head Coach John Bancheri of Grand Valley State University
will share his secrets to coaching technique in a free teleclass for rowing
coaches. Regardless of your squad's age and experience level, you won't
want to miss Coach Bancheri's insight into how the stroke is broken down into
basics and spread out over the seasonal plan. You will take away tips for
planning and organizing your approach to teaching and reinforcing fundamental
technique, and also learn a variety of physical cues and phrases to clarify the
"perfect" stroke to your athletes.

C O A C H 2 | The Coach's Coach
A new, free
service provided by coaches, for coaches. There is no charge to
participate, and no catch. We simply saw a need and interest in our
region for coaches to communicate more with each other, to coach and
teach other coaches, especially those newer to the sport.
To share
ideas and knowledge that make us all better coaches, the Tuesday Teleclass is
an interview and/or Q & A session with experienced coaches for new
perspectives on old and new topics. If you are interested in ongoing
coaching education, either in developing your own or in mentoring others
through your experience...we look forward to having you join in on one of the
Teleclass calls.
