We will use any camera available or the best option if possible. The finish line official will make sure it is properly aligned to record the order of finish. After the results of a race are official, the video tape or digital recording can be erased.
 
FYI: the camera helps when there appears to be a tie, but the finish line official's final determination is what is accepted.
