In addition to the TBCRC waiver, ALL ATHLETES who will compete at the upcoming FSRA State Championship MUST have both waivers, including the attached waiver ("regattawaver.pdf") signed and turned it at registration. This is a requirement of the regatta insurance. Sorry for the extra work...
