All teams are required to submit a list of up to 10 volunteers before or with your entries for your entries to be accepted. It might be helpful during your March and/or April booster meetings to appoint/recruit a person to coordinate your team's group to work at the regatta. This will include experienced launch drivers who know how to work an outboard engine. We require each team to provide a contact cell phone number to use at the races in Tampa for both volunteers and safety/emergency situations.
We will schedule your team volunteers prior to race day so you will know when we expect your volunteers to be available. No available volunteers means no more racing for your team.
Please note launch drivers and finish line helpers need to plan working a half or full day.
Updated entry packages will be sent before the end of the month.
