The annual FSRA Meeting of Membership will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2006, at Edgewater High School Cafeteria in Orlando. Please arrive no later than 11:30 am.

 

Directions:

 

From the North:  I4 South to Princeton Street exit (85).  Right off exit onto Princeton.

From South:  I4 North to Princeton Street exit (85).  Turn left onto Princeton.

FYI: Princeton is north of the SR 408 East West Expressway for those cutting across Orlando.

 

Approx. 1 mile turn right onto Edgewater Drive. 

 

Approx. 2 miles turn left into Edgewater High School (Gate 3)

 

Pull into parking lot, park by Football stadium.

Using this map, the cafeteria is below and to the right of the football/track field.

 

Kevin will post signs to show where to go.  It's only about 500 feet from stadium to cafeteria. Call Kevin in case you get lost. (321-299-7357)

 

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO DISCUSS YOUR TEAM'S DUAL/TRI MEETS WITH OTHERS AND PAY MEMBERSHIP FEES.

 

The room will open at approximately 11:00 am. Please arrive no later than 11:30 am. Meeting will be called to order at noon.

Call to order and roll call.
Reading and approval of previous minutes. (attached)
Report of Treasurer.
Report of President.
Consideration and vote on amendments to Constitution. (none submitted)
Setting the following year's Membership Dues. (currently $150, $200 after the new year)
Discussion of annual race schedule.
Discussion of Annual State Championship Regattas.
Junior National Team testing.
Election of New Officers. (we need to fill at least 2 officer's positions)
Committee Assignments.
Unfinished Business.
New Business.
Adjournment.

We have one special speaker, John Corelli, to discuss lightweight weight standards and their use at the Southern Sprints Ergatta. If possible, I would like him to talk before the discussion of the race schedule and state championship regatta(s).
