RE: [FSRA] call for nominees for board positions

Several have asked who can run. In the past, almost all officers have been former or current FSRA coaches. However the bylaws do not have any restrictions as to who can serve, so if you want to serve and the members vote you in, you get the job. And 90% of that job is to put together the state championship(s). The other 90% is dealing with issues that arise from the annual meeting and regattas during the season.
