Subject: Southeast Youth Rowing Championship

Southeast Youth Rowing Championship Participant,

Thank you for attending Southeast Youth Rowing Championships. Hosted by FSRA, TBCRC, SEYRA and Hillsborough County. We want you to enjoy this championship regatta. The organizing committees expect the first year that the Southeast Regional and Florida Youth regattas to have it share of growing pains but provide some great racing for the participants. Please find some additional information to the packet that you will need to be aware of prior to arrival to venue to make this first year a great experience. The organizing committee is excited and hopes the following information will answer many questions you may have.

The up-to-date lane draws and schedule are posted:
http://www.southeastjuniors.org/

Check-in: Friday 3:00-7:00 PM, Saturday 6:00-7:00 AM
The registrar will not be on site till 3:00 for check-in. Please bring all checks and waivers that you have not sent in to the check-in. At registration you will receive a packet with up-to-date schedules and other information that you might need during the regatta.

Please see the following rules and attached maps & passes for regatta site parking.

2. There will be one pass for a team vehicle / FRI & SAT.

PLEASE USE THE PARKING PASSES FOR FRIDAY (print and display in drivers-side window).  ONLY ONE TOW VEHICLE AND ONE TEAM CAR WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE REGATTA SITE. REGATTA SITE OPENS AT 12:00 PM TILL 8:00 PM ON FRIDAY FOR TRAILERS AND TEAM SET-UP AS TO MINIMIZE SATURDAY'S IMPACT. If you trailer will not hit this window it will have to wait til 5:00 AM Saturday Morning.

SATURDAY:
ONLY ONE TOW VEHICLE AND ONE TEAM CAR WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE REGATTA SITE (print and display SATURDAY'S pass in drivers-side window).
ALL OTHERS WILL BE SENT TO SPECTATOR PARKING. THIS IS A NO EXCEPTION POLICY!
Shuttle Bus Schedules for Saturday and Sunday:
5:30am -  7:30pm Cost $20 per bus or $10 per car for all day transportation

THERE IS NO DROPPING OFF AT THE REGATTA SITE, EXCEPT FOR TEAM BUSES AND SPECTATOR SHUTTLE BUSES. THERE ARE TWO SHERIFF'S,  TWO SECURITY GUARDS  AND THREE PARK RANGERS TO HELP MAKE THIS A SMOOTH ENTRANCE AND EXIT OF TRAFFIC INTO AND OUT OF THE REGATTA SITE.

COPYING THE PASSES WILL ONLY CREATE DISASTER, BECAUSE THE FIRST TEAM VEHICLE THAT SHOWS UP WITH A PASS WILL BE THE ONLY ONE ADMITTED INTO THE PARK.
