Hi my name is Jon Allbin and I am the camp coordinator for Stanford University Rowing Camps. I wanted to forward a little note about our camp season this summer that I would ask you to forward on to your team and their parents. We are proud of the camp and what we can offer our students:

Small boats rowing
scull and sweep rowing
core strength techniques
nutrition components to successful training
race strategy on the erg and on the water
the college recruitment process
insights/accounts from our college athletes into the collegiate rowing experience.
