Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have been asked by Saratoga, the host of this years' SRA national regatta to
get the word out on how we can get frosh 8's reinstated. Promptly email Lee West
at LeeWest53@... or call her at 703.590.2504. We will take up the Jr./2v
debate next. In your email you must not only give her your support of the event
but include the benefits to your program of allowing freshmen to race. Please
copy me on your response so I can give Saratoga a number of positive responses.

We will be eliminating the Freshman events this year (Saratoga)

We will be limiting all events to 36 boats.

They will qualify from the

City Championship in Philly
New Jersey
New York State Championship
Virginia Scholastic Rowing Championship
National Capital Championship
Midwest Championship

Teams may petition for these slot. Priority will be given to schools from
outside the above regions.
