Immediate opening for High School Men's Head Coach

The Pine Crest school has an immediate opening for Head Men's Crew
Coach/Upper School Proctor. The position is full-time and includes benefits
and housing. Pine Crest is a highly academic, independent, college
preparatory day school located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The School's
state-of-the-art athletic facilities includes the on-campus Kelly Boathouse,
which houses 3-eights for men and 4-fours which are shared with the women's
program. The boathouse also has an erg room with 16 ergs, an office and
changing rooms for both the Men and the Women.
Last season the Lightweight 8 captured the state championship, and both the
Lightweight 8 and Varsity 4 made the finals of Scholastic Nationals.
The Head Men's Coach would be responsible for the training of approximately
35 varsity athletes and would be expected to help train the freshmen rowers
as well. As there are currently no teaching positions available at the
school, the Coach will be assigned various duties such as proctoring or
substituting during the school day.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
4 years of competitive rowing/coxing experience at the High School,
Collegiate or elite level.
3 years of coaching experience at the high School, Collegiate or elite
level.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
