To all a clarification:

FSRA is no longer providing a link to Osprey Oars web site due to the fact it also uses the SarasotaScullers.com web site and both sites claim Osprey Oars to be the continuation of a former Sarasota Scullers program. As most FSRA members know, Sarasota Scullers is still an active and viable rowing program and has had to start a new www.SarasotaScullers.org web site due to Peter DeManio not releasing the original SarasotaScullers.com web site to SSYRP when he left that team in 2003. We felt that Peter's 2 sites are antagonistic and misleading to youth rowing in Sarasota and therefore it was best not to provide any links until the negative impacts to SSYRP are corrected.

Thanks,

Brice A. Crossley

Subject: RE: [FSRA] web updates and sample schedule

To all coaches and other interested persons:  FSRA's letter includes the subject of web updates so it seems fitting to point out that Osprey Oars' web site has been omitted from the contact list information.  Therefore, for those of you who would like to view it from time to time, since we make an effort to include many other crews in our photo gallery throughout the season, it is ospreyoars.com.  Mark it down somewhere for your convenience or ask FSRA to correct this oversight.  I will remind you periodically, especially when your crews are mentioned in our regatta reports or photo gallery.  We try to make it appealing to all the crews of Florida knowing that it is viewed by many outside the State of Florida.

Peter
