The Royal Canadian Henley Regatta has now activated the updated On-Line Registration and Secure Payment System for 2004, on our web site at www.henleyregatta.ca . This year the system is set up so that you as the "Master User" account for your Club may log on to the On-Line System using the provided login and password. As the "Master User", you may then create as many additional "Basic Club Users" as required for registration purposes. Once a "Basic Club User" account has been created by you, that person will be able to also log in as a Club representative and create and pay for Club entries. Only the "Master User" will have access to change the basic Club information and create or change additional "Basic Club User" accounts. All user names and passwords are case sensitive. Only one "Master User" is being provided for each club and you are receiving this username and password as the contact person for your club. If you are not the correct person, please forward this to your club representative and have them notify us of the name change at info@... .
The first time that you log into the system you will be required to confirm and update your Club Information. You will also be asked to provide Media Contact information for your local media (TV, Radio, Newspaper). From that point you will be free to go on to create additional users for your Club, or to start entering athletes and creating crew entries. All of the athletes including coxswains that you will be sending to the Henley Regatta to participate must be entered. Complete information must be provided, including name, birth year, gender, and national rowing association number (RCA#s for Canadian Athletes, US Clubs need only provide the Club's USR association #). Next, you will assemble your crews for entry into events for Henley. All information that is entered into the system is saved if you have to exit. When you return at a later date you may continue from where you left off, or complete information you were missing. A printable list of crews will be available at any time to print for review. Note: Effective 2004, you MUST PROVIDE ALL SPARES FOR CREWS at the time of registration. Only those names listed as spares will be allowed for name changes at the regatta.
The secure payment process will allow you to pay for completed crews. You have the choice to pay for your registrations by VISA or MasterCard on-line though our secure server. You may select the option to pay for some or all the complete list of crews that you have assembled for your registration. American clubs connecting from the USA will be charged in American currency, Canadian clubs in Canadian currency.
Registrations entered on the system but not paid for, are incomplete and will not be accepted as entries.
Registrations on the Internet will close on Wednesday July 21, 2004 at 6:00 pm.
