Description
FOSCyL stands for "Fat, Old, Slow Cyclists' League." You don't have to be Fat, you don't have to be Old, but if you're zippy fast then you should join another group.
We are informal and dedicated to getting people of all ages and abilities involved in the fun of cycling, especially families.
