I hope you all had a great and safe holiday season.  I had not planned on sending another update until I had something definite, but enough have been asking that I figured I would fill you all in.
 
As of today, we are simply waiting to meet with the realtor to get the keys and sign the lease.  There were some issues over the holidays that delayed the final details of the lease (including the property owner being out of state).  But I received a call from Mr. Mahardy on New Years Eve morning that all was good and Kris King and I could meet with the realtor as early as this past Friday to sign and get the keys.  After speaking with the agent myself on Wednesday morning, he said he would call me Friday morning to give me a time to meet Friday afternoon.  But after I placed two more unanswered calls and left messages at his office and on his cell, I sit here writing frustrated with no meeting and no keys.
 
I know that many are getting anxious, most of all the coaches.  I will be making a call bright and early tomorrow to make sure I get in touch with the agent.  Again, thanks for being patient and I hope my next email will be the details on when to sign up.
