Hi Coach Garofalo,
Southern Methodist University is currently recruiting the class of 2009 and 2010. Head Coach Doug Wright was an assistant coach under Jim Joy at Hobart for 3 years. At SMU we apply many of his principals and feel that athletes who have been taught his style mesh well with what we are doing. I know winter training is in full swing and it is the perfect time for high school athletes to post their erg scores. Scholarships are sometimes available. If you have any rowers that are interested and might be competitive in a collegiate environment we would appreciate your help in getting to know these individuals. We would appreciate their contact information, resume, or if they would fill out our online recruiting questionnaire it would be beneficial.
