I found an interesting resource out there for coxswains.  Some may already know about it, but on iTunes there is a great podcast put out by Mary Whipple and Marcus McElhenney (the current U.S. National Team coxswains for the women and men) called 'Shooting It Straight'.  They cover topics like boat feel, steering, mistakes and other good subjects.  There are currently six episodes available.  I strongly encourage all our coxswains to give it a listen.
