Crewsters,

Please let me know what this year's plans are for ordering racing uni's for the girls. Many of them have been asking. We should be placing an order next week in order to have them in time for the races. We need to be sure our girls all look the same this season.

As a footnote, I would like the Crewsters to consider rethinking their purchase plans for uni's and have each JV, Lightwight and Varsity athlete buy there own unisuit. Here is my thinking. Number one and most important of all, these girls should not be rowing in "used" unisuits. There are hygene concerns we should be thinking about. Uni's are not like a pair of baggy shorts or a football jerseys worn over shoulder pads. They are skin tight like a bathing suit. 

Number two, if the girls own their own, they will take better care of them and not misplace them (hopefully). They become accountable for their own uni's. They can also use them from year to year. This system has worked well for years at Bville and at Liverpool for the girls programs.

I hope I did not stir up a bees nest on this topic but having 3 daughters who rowed and knowing how their uni's were used over the years leads me to believe FM is due for a change.
