Ok , let we change the meeting place : Herman's house .
I believe the meeting will last at least 2 hours . So , maybe ,we should cancel the dinner plan .

I will join, but I doubt that we will have sufficiently low noise level to have a real effective meeting in Blue Frog.

As an alternative, I can offer to meet at my house.
We can arrange drinks and snacks but not a dinner. (maybe we can go to BF for dinner after the meeting)
And also, 20 people is about the maximum capacity of our living room.

Also, I can arrange notebook and LCD-projector if desirable.
