Emilia Parker from CSU USEAG informed me today that we’ve been “bumped” from the Oval for our practice racing this Sunday. She didn’t say why, but the news says Barack Obama is coming to town that day and that has to be it. We will hold the last races of the series on the following Sunday November 2, weather permitting (and provided John McCain doesn’t bump us then). She said we could have the 9^th of November as a make-up, but weather will likely be less than ideal by then, and numbers were down last week, so the 2^nd of November will be the last race of the practice series until next Spring when we do the “Big Show” again.
