What: Horsetooth Ache Organizational Meeting
When: Tuesday, October 4, 5:30pm -6:30pm
Where: Washington's Brewery, 123 LaPorte (newar LaPorte and College)
Who: Anyone interested in helping plan the event for making it a fun and successful one
This will be the 2nd annual Horsetooth Ache.
The Horsetooth Ache is a rowing event where the boat travels length of horsetooth reservoir and back (about 13 miles).
Agenda:
1) Finalize Date and times for event (Tentatively it's scheduled for Nov 12)
2) Define Logistics for event
- rowing logistics
- safety logistics
- food/entertainment logistics
- etc. etc.
3) Identify volunteer opportunities/needs
4) Plan PR
5) Additional items
