I added another workout for beginners who need sound technical feedback and a simple 15' workout to follow.  This DVD is useful for seasoned rowers because of its sound technical feedback.  All will find humor and information while rowing with me. 5. I use SKYPE to coach people as far away as Japan .  SKYPE makes real time coaching possible.  Check out their website and let's have a coaching session together. 6. You own an MP3 player, your wait for all the rowing workouts is over.  We now have all workouts and the Olympic secrets in MPEG-4 format.  This means that if your MP3 player has video capabilities you can now watch the workouts too. 7.  The new September Iron Oarsman rowing schedule is available. 8.
