Hi FCRA Members and Rowers!
Last year we had a wonderful early-season kickoff event at the Memorial Day "Pelican Fest" at Water Valley in Windsor, CO. It was a great way to get some visibility for rowing in northern colorado and get on the water early in the season in a very low key way.

We've been invited back this year for the event, which is Saturday, May 24 in the morning at Water Valley in Windsor.

Howie Hissrich organized the entire thing last year. Unfortunately he's got a conflict and can't do the organizing this year. 

Is there anyone out there who would be willing to be the FCRA contact for this event? It would be an opportunity to get some experience organizing a rowing event with very little pressure, and help out the club at the same time. No experience necessary.  Consulting available.
