I'm selling my used one - low milage.  Works great, comes with the instruction manual.  If your boat is not wired, you'd need to get that separately from NK.  It's a great motivator out on the water and really works to keep you honest -  are you really consistent?  is that perceived effort true?  Take the guessing out of your training - and see how those water meters add up!
