O.K. you CSU wimps. I just did a 5K on the erg and I'll wait
patiently for someone to beat me. Keep in mind that I'm 33 and I

Here's the not so valiant results:

5000 meters
20:58 final time
2:05.9 split time per 500 meters
24 average Strokes per minute

Someone prove to me that you young bucks can beat an old coach.....
