Lindsay isn't looking to buy, he is responsible for the Solo program in his
region.
Considering the hardware its missing and Brian's statement it is not
allowed, I think the answer is clear it cannot be allowed to run until more
data is provided to prove its safe and within the performance range.

if you want to race with those vintage guys ?? how much welding do you want
to do on a old wore out frame????
otherwise stay away it will cost twice as much to set up for solo as it
would to buy a used ready to run shifter.
with the bad economy I'll make a good deal on one of mine that I have for
sell, I will even deliver to Colorado Springs

Found out more about this kart.
1980s vintage, 2 briggs methanol engines, invader chassis heavily modified,
no side pods, no front bumper and no rear bumper. No number plates.
The driver raced it "throughout the 80's".
Thoughts?
