Re: Briggs Twin?

Found out more about this kart.

1980s vintage, 2 briggs methanol engines, invader chassis heavily modified,
no side pods, no front bumper and no rear bumper. No number plates.

The driver raced it "throughout the 80's".

Thoughts?

I would think the no front bumper would be a safety issue since even tho everyone tries to make a nice safe course, there are solid objects that can be hit if...

If it does not look like it would fall apart on the course let it run.  Reserve the right to deny it next time if it could outrun a shifter, which is highly...

It's simply not a listed configuration, plus a front bumper and side pods are required. If someone would like to send a letter requesting the SEB/KAC to look ...

So, actually it is more aptly a "Twin Briggs" kart.... Well, unless the engines are set up for over 15 hp each, very unlikely it could approach the...
