I posted this over at ekartingnews already, but wanted to post this
here in case some people don't read those forums often.


The Atlanta event DoubleX challenge has just been announced as a 2008
national pro solo. Whoever enjoys prosolo should definitely try this
event. It is way more fun IMO than the few prosolo's I've done.

The event is at Atlanta Motor Speedway this year. Its flat and a good
sized lot. Its a little bumpy for karts, but not too bad. I'll be
there and I'm pretty sure our other Atlanta shifter kart will probably
sign up. It is capped at 200 and will probably fill up. So if you
think you might go sign up early. It'd be nice to have some other
karts there.


On a somewhat related note if anybody is thinking of coming down for
the Atlanta national tour please let me know. It would be nice to get
some karts down here for that event as well.
