Has anyone ever seen, obtained or approximated 1/4 mile times for a
shifter kart?

Ever since I saw a snowmobile at Indpls Raceway Park on Tuesday night
drags, I've wanted to take a bunch of karts. They won't allow us,
though, because "..we don't have roll cages.." and our ET is
anticipated to be below their threshhold for such requirement. Don't
even start on the "kill switch" thing!

They'll let us rent/run the 2.5 mile road course, but they won't let us
use just one section when they have medical folks there!! What's with
THAT?

BTW, I think the snowmobile was about 110mph trap speed with an 11
second ET (?). You could hear the motor start to pull down near the
end of the run. Pretty fast for those inline-skate-sized bogey wheels
on the skis!
