We are an informal group of mountain trail runners. Regular runs are on Saturdays at 8:30 AM at various locations in the Evergreen Colorado area.
Most runs are between 5 and 8 miles. Sometimes people what to do more miles - in the summer they come early and put in their extra miles and join the rest of us at 8:30. Sometimes we go out for coffee afterwards.
"Members" are of varying abilities, ranging from sub 6 minute mile pace to 10 or more minutes per mile. Typically we start out together and break up as the faster runners go out front.
While individuals may compete with one another, this is generally a noncompetitive group who share a common interest.
