Everybody, lets find out how many players this year we will have, so we don't have the same problem we had last year.  Inform me (somehow, call me, e-mail, tell me at school) if you want to compete in games vs other schools, it costs $30 (less than this actually, we already have some money), but you get 2 jerseys (not t-shirts), and a disc, and the final tournament bagels, water, medical treatment of any injuries.

As of this writing, the CUJO fields have been transplanted back to Schiller Woods Forest Preserve, pending approval of permits. I am going to the office Friday morning to pay the fees and file the paperwork necessary to reserve our spaces. This is good news and better news. Having all the fields next to each other provides an easier way to see each other, and the fields are a lot closer to the southern schools. We are almost guaranteed to have more than twenty schools and nearly 300 players. I hope we have enough discs and shirts. Not the worst problem to have, but a concern none the less. It will have to be first come first serve, and I do not want to disappoint anyone, but in this year, discs will be easier to order (they are already in) than shirts because of the source (China). 

 Welcome back Marist, Notre Dame, Latin, Highland Park?, and welcome CJHS, Ida Crown, Lake Forest, Richards and Riverside-Brookfiel d. I am still waiting to hear from a few other schools. Tell your players to check out the CUJO Yahoo site (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CUJO/) and join. It would be great if we had a huge membership.
