So, I've decided to look for a roommate to share my two bedroom house. Close
to campus, in a nice neighborhood, near Sundance market. Hardwood floors,
washer/dryer, fireplace, front/back yard...NICE.

I'm looking for a laidback, mostly tidy roommate. No rowdiness wanted. No
smoking/pets. Rent is $350 + half utilities. If you or anyone you know is
interested, drop me an email. I'm in no rush to fill the room, so time
frames are flexible.
