Board of Directors election is an event that has a great
deal of impact on you as a UPA member. Participating in the

an impact on the sport of Ultimate at a broad level!

The Board of Directors oversees the UPA by setting policy
and defining strategy. The Board is ultimately responsible
for ensuring that the organization achieves its mission,
and that it is working in the best interests of all of our
members. The most effective tools the Board has to protect
the interests of the members are our ability to formulate
strategy and set policy on issues facing the organization.

With that in mind, the Nominating Committee presents to you,
the UPA membership, the candidates for the 2004 election
(2005-2007 term), and asks you to vote for those who will
best serve ultimate and the UPA. Please log onto the UPA's
online election tool BEFORE MIDNIGHT OCTOBER 31st to vote!
