Breeze's older in-law, with a message of import.

Now if I hadn't thrown Breeze his first disc many
moons ago, you all
might not have him playing among you. Wait, maybe
that's asking for
payback instead of payMENT. But regardless, here's
what I'm asking: My
wife Megs (B's older sis) and I have just bought a
house. 742 W 10TH
AVE.

It's a big 4-plus bedroom and we need to rent it. We'd
love to rent
inside the ultimate community or just to someone
touching the outside
of the sacred disc circle. It's a mammoth ultra-cool
place and we're
thinking it'd be great for three to four people to all
rent together.
It's on one of Eugene's best downtown blocks, between
Monroe and
Madison, a stone's throw from Laughing Planet and
Sweetlife. The house
has a huge lot with south-facing garden for organic
growing, and garage
and sheds aplenty for storage. It has LOTS of
off-street parking, as
well as extra rooms. It has three bedrooms up and one
down, along with
some of the most shagadelic shag carpet (not
throughout) and flocked
wallpaper, the type you just want to rub up against.
The upstairs rooms
all have new wood laminate down (Breeze did it), and
the kitchen is
funky seventies but clean and functional. Washer and
Dryer have their
separate room. Did I mention the house is the bomb?

We're asking $1395 a month, with first, last and a
deposit, cat okay
but no smoking.
