I am sure that the baby will be alright.
And also, I hope that they perform a Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy to take
out that gall bladder. If they do, you will be out of the surgery in a day.
I had that performed to me several years ago and it was the best. (Info from
the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons:

I hope that Erik is alright as well. I can imagine his stress over all of
this, and I dearly hope he knows he has a great group of friends over here,
praying for the safe recovery of Heather and their baby.
Take care, Heather.
Thanks Wes, for letting us know, as always.

Heather just emailed me and asked me to forward this to the group. i know
i`ll be praying for a speedy recovery for Heather. with love from Wes!!
hugs!!!
Hi everyone thank you so much for the prayers. Last tuesday i was life
flighted to a pittsburgh hospital because i had gall stones, common in
pregnancy, and one pass into my pancreas causing me to have pancreatitis. My
blood sugar went up to 750. The doctors say im lucky to be alive. I was on a
steady insulin drip for two days. I am now off the drip but i am taking 5
insulin shots a day. My sugar is still above normal. Until it is regulated i
have to stay in the hospital. The baby is doing great they want to leave her
in my belly until she is at least 39 weeks right now i`m 36 weeks. The hope
is my pancreas will heal itself and i can get off the insulin. Four weeks
after i have the baby i have to have my gall bladder out. So anyway thank
you all again and i will keep you updated.
Sincerely
Heather Fankhouser
